Shipping Policies

Our goal at is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse verifies it is the correct item, check if it needs any parts included and make sure the item works as it should after which they process and package the orders within 24hrs of order placement.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service otherwise the customer requests a different carrier which is either UPS OR FedEx. After processing and shipping out of the warehouse, items usually take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive at the destination but can take longer depending on location. International delivery usually takes about 7–10 business days depending on the shipping method selected by the customer. 

NOTE: All processing and shipping of orders are based on weekly business hours as we do not operate on weekends.

Delivery: Tracking number is being provided to the customer after the order has been shipped for easy tracking and location of the package. Customer may require a signature delivery if they wish.

NOTE**Once orders are picked up by the delivery carrier, any issues regarding lost or stolen packages must be taken up with the delivery carrier.**
